The facility.
The DIK House is a 5,000 square foot workshop in East Dallas. Eight of us work the floor. Embroidery machines, laser cutters, screen press, fulfillment stations. Every Dik Hatz hat passes through here.
Every order starts and ends here. No outsourced embroidery. No third-party fulfillment center. When you order a hat, someone across this floor has their hands on it.
The floor also doubles as a lab. New hats, new patches, new product categories get prototyped here. Something's always in development.
Why this matters.
Most hat brands are middlemen. They design, they market, and they outsource the rest. The hat you ordered was made halfway around the world by someone who never saw the brand.
We do the opposite. The person cutting the velcro today is the same person shipping your order. The hands that built it are here, not offshore.
That's why we can do custom. That's why turnaround is fast. That's why the quality stays consistent.
Custom work is what we do.
Teams, companies, events, weddings. Whatever you need custom, we've made it before. From concept to delivery, the whole process happens here.
