Shipping.

All Dik Hatz orders ship from The DIK House in East Dallas within 48 hours of being placed. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days of shipping. We use USPS and UPS depending on package size and destination.

Custom patch orders will take longer. Turnaround depends on design and quantity. You'll receive a confirmed ship date once your custom order is approved.

International shipping is available for most countries. Rates and transit times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Order tracking.

You'll receive tracking info by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received a tracking number within 48 hours of ordering, reach out at info@dikhatz.com.

Returns.

We accept returns on unworn, untagged hats within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all original packaging.


To start a return, email us at info@dikhatz.com with your order number. We'll send you return instructions.


Custom patches, custom hats, and personalized orders are final sale. All custom work is built to spec. We don't stock it, we don't resell it.

Exchanges.

Need a different size or style? Return the original and place a new order. This is the fastest path. Refunds on returns are issued within 5-7 business days of us receiving the item.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, reach out within 7 days of delivery at info@dikhatz.com. We'll make it right. Replacement, refund, or exchange, your call.
