Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on unworn, untagged hats within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all original packaging.

Since all hats are one size adjustable, exchanges usually mean swapping to a different style. Return the original and place a new order for the fastest turnaround.
Patches
Yes. Every Dik Hatz hat has a velcro panel built in. Any Dik Hatz patch attaches to any Dik Hatz hat.
Absolutely. Head to the Custom Patches page to start a custom order. Teams, events, companies, weddings. Full-service design.
Press the patch firmly onto the velcro panel on the front of your hat. To remove, peel from one corner and pull back slowly.
