Standard turnaround is 4 weeks from design approval to delivery. Rush options available for events with tight timelines. Contact us about your date and we'll let you know what's possible.

Every custom patch order includes design mockup, proofing, production, quality check, and shipping. Full service from concept to delivery.
Common questions.
After you submit an inquiry, we'll reply with an email where you can attach your logo file. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best. We can work with high-res PNG or JPG too.
Yes. Our design team can create a patch from a concept, description, or rough sketch. Design work is included in your quote.
We can also do custom hats with embroidery or applied patches. Mention it in your inquiry and we'll quote both options.
Yes. International shipping is available. Rates depend on destination and order size.
